About GlobalWorkFinder

GlobalWorkFinder helps international job seekers discover jobs, research employers, and understand sponsorship evidence across multiple countries. We currently cover the United Kingdom, Australia, United States, and New Zealand, with Canadian opportunities available through our partner site LMIAFinder.ca.

What We Do

We collect and organize information from official government registers, employer career pages, and verified recruitment sources. Our platform shows you which employers have been licensed or accredited to sponsor international workers, and which current job vacancies mention visa sponsorship.

We clearly distinguish between actual vacancies and employer sponsorship records. A licensed sponsor or historical filer is not necessarily recruiting international workers today. By separating job-level evidence from employer-level evidence, we help you make informed decisions about where to apply.

Our Data Sources

We draw from official and transparent data sources:

  • United Kingdom: The Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors for employers, combined with job listings from employer career pages and approved recruitment feeds.
  • Australia: The Department of Home Affairs list of current labour agreements, supplemented by employer career pages and verified recruitment sources.
  • United States: The Department of Labor OFLC disclosure data, including LCA, PERM, and H-1B filings, alongside employer career pages and recruitment feeds.
  • New Zealand: The Immigration New Zealand Accredited Employer List, with job listings from employer career pages and approved sources.

How Applications Work

All application links on GlobalWorkFinder point directly to the original source. We do not collect CVs, resumes, or manage applications. Our role is to give you the information and transparency you need to find and apply for international opportunities directly with employers.

Accuracy and Reporting

We work hard to keep our data accurate and up to date, but information can change quickly. If you find an error or encounter an issue, please report it and our team will investigate promptly.
